📦 Infernal Crafts Shipping Policy

 

At Infernal Crafts, we strive to ship your order as quickly and safely as possible so your new dice can begin their adventures right away.

🕒 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day, Monday through Saturday (excluding major U.S. holidays).
If your order contains made-to-order or pre-release items, additional processing time may be required — this will be clearly noted on the product page.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Economy Shipping – Free:
  All U.S. orders ship free via standard economy shipping.
  Typical delivery time is 5–8 business days, depending on destination.

• Expedited Shipping – Optional:
  Customers may select faster shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated automatically by the carrier (based on package weight, distance, and speed).

Tracking information is provided for all U.S. orders once shipped.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship worldwide!

Economy shipping for international shipments is $35 per order. Delivery times vary by country but generally range from 7–19 business days depending on carrier and destination.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

💌 Order Updates

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

🧭 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us. We’ll do our best to assist, but once a package is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
